Shaun and Maria Essex have been running Essex Park Homes for the past 11 years in Warwickshire and have been very successful in setting up a family business, built on trust and a commitment to provide a tranquil and pleasant environment for their Park Home residents.

Essex Park Homes purchased a further site in South Devon in October 2005, which has been developed to a very high standard for luxury double park homes, this development being Phase1 of their plans for the Ashburton Park. Phase 2 to further develop the site will start in the near future.

Development work is also being carried out at the Oversley Mill site in Alcester, Warks, with further work planned in order to continue the high standard of park homes being sited there.
